Demonstrating our bending and induction capabilities, Van Rijsoort will be present at the “Nationale Staalbouwdag” (National Steel Construction Day).
The Nationale Staalbouwdag is an annual trade event that attracts all types of decision-makers in the greater Netherlands (steel) construction industry. These range from clients, architects and builders to contractors, steel constructors and suppliers.
Every year, some 1,600 visitors descend on the Nationale Staalbouwdag, where they can make each other’s acquaintance and familiarise themselves with key and current themes and trends in steel construction. Furthermore, by definition, this is the day to get up-to-speed with business relations from the (steel) construction industry and to forge new relationships. During the event, organiser “Bouwen met Staal” offers a fully catered, full-day programme with trade fair, several plenary sessions and a student programme.
Not only “cold”, but now also “induction” bending
Van Rijsoort Bending will also be present during the event and our specialists will be on hand to inform visitors about developments during the past year. These included our experiences with “The Hulk”, Europe’s most powerful profile roller, which is easily capable of making perfect bends in tubes with diameters up to 508mm.
In addition to this, from later this year we will also be offering induction bending services. In our Klaaswaal production facility the largest 3D induction-bending machine in Europe is to being installed. This machine will enable us to bend tubes between 2- and 30-inches diameter to the finest of tolerances. The combination of our state-of-the-art hardware on the one hand, and our engineers, QA/QC employees, calculators and production specialists on the other, enables us to provide the kind of expertise and professional support that our clients are accustomed to receiving. Which is something we are very proud of.
