Coming soon to Van Rijsoort: induction bending!

From year’s end 2019, Van Rijsoort will again be offering induction bending. Many years after induction bending ceased to be available in the Netherlands, professional demand for the process had been increasing significantly. For Van Rijsoort this spurred the logical step of complementing the cold-bending services it already offers with induction bending, under the new name of Van Rijsoort Induction. Despite its unprecedented possibilities, cold bending also has its limitations. But thanks to induction bending we can now overcome them!

In our Klaaswaal production facility, we are busily preparing for the construction of a new production hall that will be specially configured for induction bending. Equipped with the biggest 3D induction-bending machine in Europe, we will be able to bend to much smaller dimensional and ovality tolerances. This new machine will enable us to easily overcome the constraints of cold bending.

The combination of our state-of-the-art hardware and our engineers, QA/QC employees, calculators and production specialists will enable us to provide the kind of expertise and professional support that our clients are accustomed to receiving from us.
